Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare gives notice to staff and students on disruption of electricity power supply.

This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Chief Information officer, Suleiman Shehu.

According to the statement, "This is to inform the College community that the transformer that provides electricity power supply to the administrative block and school of undergraduate has been vandalized by some unknown hoodlums".

"The unfortunate incident has affected the college thereby causing total blackout and power outrage in those areas". 

"Similarly the electricity transformer feeding the female hostel has been damaged but its presently undergoing some repair for restoration into functionality to continue to provide usual power service to the affected areas".

"In view of the above, the management hereby appeals to all staff and students to exercise patient and be calm in bearing with the situation. Efforts are being made and liaising with Jos Electricity Distribution plc(JED) to restore the electricity supply as soon as possible please". the statement read.
